  Not worth $200. Charging $40 for a simple form that says you paid interest on student loans is insane. If you're single or even married with kids and have no crazy tax situations just do it yourself online. If you're military it's free on TurboTax and will take you about 45 minutes in one sitting.

  This is my first review, but I felt this situation deserved some input. I was in on the 6th of March, and Barbara was extremely rude to a customer while I was getting my return filed. I was working with Jose, but I couldn't believe someone could be so rude. Someone came in trying to get their return compared to TurboTax. The receptionist was telling him his options, and Barbara interrupted and yelled across the office that you guys won't do that for him. She made it a point to tell him twice, like he didn't understand it the first time she yelled across the office. She was very short and crass. I will not be recommending anyone else to this office if she continues to work here. Jose, on the other hand, was wonderful. He was helpful and knowledgeable and I will be telling anyone I can about him.
